1 Q:.If we have our own design, can you do it for us?
A:Yeah, We have our won design team, can design for our customers on their requirment.Of couse ,if you have design sketch,please send us PDF or AI format file, we will make samples for your test.
2 Q:How many days can you ship my cargos?
A:If samples test passed, lead time is about 20-30 working days after payment.If your qty big, the lead time should be confirmed when you place the order,we should check our production task at that time.
3 Q:What about MOQ?
A:For fruit plate and napkin box, if you choose our design(Pattern),we can make for you if qty reach one carton(Qty/carton usually showed at the product detail page),if you have your design, MOQ should be checked with fabric factory.
And for transparent acrylic craft, such as photo frame, display, We should check our acrylic sheet stock, and confirm with you. In a way, our acrylic sheet 3mm, 4mm, and 5mm, we can order in stock for use.
